Many times life’s challenges if you face them head-on will lead to new exciting opportunities.

We can all use these little quick ideas so when we are faced with decisions that need to be made we hopefully pull these from memory and act in the correct manner.

This one is simple but can be life-changing. Too often we make snap judgments and just take off in the wrong direction when if we had slowed down and just thought a little bit the outcome may have been much better.

Real short, but really helpful.  Go ahead, take a look.

I’m the creator of AntiAgingBlast, Bill Hildebrand, and I can’t help but admit… anti-aging gets me excited and I hope it does that for you to!

Many folks are worried about aging effects, although many of them are of the opinion it is just part of getting older. There are many things that can contribute to anti-aging solutions.

In my experience, I have discovered six life actions if put into use and practiced regularly, will reverse the aging process. Don’t get your panties in a wad, even though some may sound trivial I will give more information on them with more detail shortly. I hope you’re not stunned at these!

These 6 factors are: stay active with regular exercise, eat lots of foods that have high levels of Omega-3 fatty acids, spend fun times with your friends, purchase a large pair of sunglasses, eat a diet with lots of colorful foods, refine your opinion about age.

Alright, are you ready to review why these 6 things can actually make a difference in aging.

Eat a lot of colorful fruits and vegetables for anti-aging… Some really good examples of these foods that slow down and even reverse aging are strawberries, oranges, plums, blueberries, kale and broccoli. They are all chock full of super nutrients like CoQ10, polyphenols, glutathione, along with vitamins C, D and E. Other powerful nutrients are alpha lipoic acid and carotenoids such as (B-carotene, vitamin A, astaxanthin, retinol, and lycopene). We also know there are many nasty foods all over the supermarket that contribute to the aging process. You want to avoid these like the plague. Shop the out isles and avoid as many of the prepackaged foods as you can. Shop farmers markets during the summer and fall months when they are brimming with fresh and hopefully organically grown produce.

Invest in a pair of large sunglasses…The larger glasses more of the delicate thin skin around your eyes where we first get wrinkles. They will also deter you from squinting as much, therefore, decreasing both wrinkles around your eyes but also your forehead.

Make some quality time with friends… Very often we find that our hectic schedules cause us to neglect our social life. Having a social life, however, may contribute lots of ways to better aging. Research shows that our being stressed can cause damage to skin cells, leading to premature lines in your face. One of the benefits of spending time with friends is it help us lower our stress threshold. Your immune system can also be compromised by increased stress, increasing your chances for illness. Not good amigo!

Consume more foods that have been proven to provide high levels of Omega-3 fatty acids… Ohio State University stated in a research study that by increasing these types of foods into your diet, you can see positive results with your joints, increased hair growth, better eyesight, more supple skin, and improvement to your immune and cardiac functions. Some of the foods to look at would be different types of seeds such as pumpkin, chia, flax, and sunflower. Also try some nuts, sardines, and other fatty fish such as salmon. Fish oil supplements can also be a choice but make sure you look for a product with a quality reputation since they can vary in quality immensely.

Stay Active… It’s no secret that as you age your metabolism slows down. Getting at least
thirty minutes of activity a day increases your metabolism but can also help to increase bone density putting you at a lower risk of bone injuries as you age. Simple steps such as resistance exercises and some good brisk walking can go a long way toward slowing down the aging process. Put a plan together, OK!

Old Can Just Be A State of Mind… The word “old” can certainly mean different things to different people depending on their circumstances. After all, who gets to decide what the right definition of old is in the first place. If you have a positive attitude thinking young will give you a real step in the right direction. Don’t go around worrying about so called “senior moments” or limitations you might have. Many of these things can be reversed with some simple steps. By dwelling on things as negative they eventually become your reality. Focus on what you are currently capable of and work toward solving the rest with what you can learn here on this website. Just remember, age is simply a number.

Science has certainly proven that the aging process can be somewhat delayed or in some areas even reversed. Some people have taken the avenue of surgery or injections to accomplish this but they are expensive and have serious risks involved.

Solving these aging problems will involve various approaches but most of them can be done using natural methods. The majority of them are quite simple, are not painful at all, and are quite reasonably inexpensive. That’s nice to know, but where do I find these methods to solve my problems? The reason I put this site up, Anti Aging Blast, was to give you a place where you knew you could find the latest up to the minute information concerning the topic of anti-aging.

This is where the rubber meets the road. The only way that you are going to see better results is if you put some of what you learned into action. There is no chance that something is going to happen all by itself. Take a deep breath and just simply go for it and you will be amazed.
