They’ve Been Wrong About the Sun .. Dr. Pompa Reveals

Getting sun exposure on a regular basis is critical to keeping a balance of certain vitamins and minerals in your body.

This video is a bit longer than most but even if you only watch it half way through you will get most of the pertinent information and believe me it is important.

We have been so misled by so many people in the health field about avoiding sun exposure. In fact, I would dare to say that many people are having health problems because they avoid the sun too much.

I am also talking about getting sun without sunscreen…and there are important reasons why that is the case.

Dr. Pompa gets a little technical here but it is kind of necessary to explain the scientific reasons why we need sun exposure to let our bodies make certain critical elements for our health.

Also, you will find out the dangers of taking calcium supplements and they are many.

I hope the video gave you some help. I’m really happy you were able to view it. I hope you got few things useful from it.

My name is Bill Hildebrand and I am the creator of AntAgingBlast, I can’t help myself about admitting… anti-aging gets me excited and I hope it does that for you too!

Many folks are worried about aging effects, although most don’t have any idea what steps to do for anti-aging. There are many things that can contribute to anti-aging solutions.

I have found six general areas that if we practice on a regular basis can slow down the aging process by a good measure. Even though some of these may seem relatively irrelevant, I promise to give you insights right around the corner here. I hope you’re not shocked at these!

These 6 factors are: stay active with a weekly exercise routine, eat different foods that have high levels of Omega-3 fatty acids, spend fun times with your friends, invest in a large pair of sunglasses, eat meals with lots of colorful foods, refine your opinion about age.

All Set, are you ready to learn why these 6 things can actually make a difference in aging.

Eat Natural Foods with Lots of Color… Many of the foods found at your local supermarket are known to speed up aging. It’s too bad but lots of people don’t know that there are also many foods that have the opposite effect. Fruits and vegetables such as broccoli, kale, oranges, plums, strawberries, and blueberries to name a few. They are all full of antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins that are great for contributing to healthy aging. Some of the nutrients you will find in these foods are carotenoids (like these: vitamin A, B-carotene, retinol, astaxanthin, and lycopene), and alpha lipoic acid. You will also find polyphenols, glutathione, CoQ10 and vitamins such as D, E, and C.

Purchase a large pair of sunglasses… By wearing the larger glasses, you will ultimately insulate more of the very sensitive thin skin around your eyes from the devastating sun’s UV rays. In addition, the larger shades will help you to not squint as much, thus helping to reduce not only wrinkles around the eyes but also on your forehead.

Spend time with your friends… Oftentimes we find our schedules to be so hectic that we
neglect to make time for a social life. However, having a social life can help you age better in
many ways. The biggest thing making time for friends will accomplish is lowering your stress
level. Studies have shown that being stressed out damages your skin cells, which leads to
premature lines. Stress can also lower your immune system leading you to a more likely chance
of becoming ill. Yuck!

Consume more foods that have been proven to provide high levels of Omega-3 fatty acids… Ohio State University stated in a research study that by increasing these types of foods into your diet, you can see positive results with your joints, increased hair growth, better eyesight, more supple skin, and improvement to your immune and cardiac functions. Some of the foods to look at would be different types of seeds such as pumpkin, chia, flax, and sunflower. Also try some nuts, sardines, and other fatty fish such as salmon. Fish oil supplements can also be a choice but make sure you look for a product with a quality reputation since they can vary in quality immensely.

Put some vigorous step in your day… I think we all know that as we get older our metabolism starts to slow down. That doesn’t have to be the case. If you will find about a half hour each day for an activity that gets you moving some, you can not only increase your metabolism but even increase your bone density. This will go a long way in helping to prevent a bone injury in your future. These activities can be as simple as taking a nice fast walk and /or doing some resistance type exercises that you can perform almost anywhere. They will definitely help slow down that aging process. Make a plan for doing that now and you will be looking younger in no time.

Change Your Opinion Of Old… Who decides what the formal definition of what old means. The word can have many different meanings depending on the context. Don’t degrade yourself by talking about your “senior moments” or the things you can no longer do. Having a positive attitude and a good mental outlook is half the battle. When you tell yourself that you are old and can’t do things, it becomes the truth. Instead, focus on all the things you can do and remember, age is just a number.

OK, so that I don’t get labeled as a bad boy, I need to present this disclaimer language to stay in observance of fed regulations concerning website content. Even though I have spent almost 40 years in the healthcare space with my career and have dedicated myself to learning and studying natural health methods to promote a healthy lifestyle, I want to make it clear upfront that I am not a licensed practicing doctor or health practitioner of any sort. The text and videos that you find on this website are very simply a way for me to give you with a lot of information in one convenient location. Some of it is based on my studies of the subjects but is still just my beliefs. I curate the videos from many places and the information there is then the opinion of each presenter. Nothing on this site should be thought of as medical advice. You should always seek advice from your personal physician or other health professional about exercise programs, diets, or any other health issues.

I am just a guy who is interested in sharing lots of what I hope you feel is educational, interesting, maybe even humorous, stimulating, motivational, or just rocks your boat about the discipline of anti-aging. I know a lot of the baby boomer generation and even many younger people are interested in looking for ways to look and feel younger. Maybe it is vanity for some but I hope mostly it is because they are concerned about their overall health as well because that is where the activity should really be.

Science has certainly proven that the aging process can be delayed or in some areas even reversed. Numbers of people have taken the choice of surgery or injections to look younger but they are expensive and have serious risks involved.

There are a variety of natural methods for accomplishing these feats. Most are not high cost, painful or difficult. However, you need to find the information. That is why a goal here at Anti Aging Blast is to consolidate as much information under one roof… so to speak… so that you can come here knowing you can find up to date information on almost a daily basis.

This is where the rubber meets the road. The only way that you are going to see changes is if you put some of the suggestions into action. Nothing just happens by chance. Take a deep breath and just simply go for it and you will be amazed.

Have you gotten some value from this video? I hope so. That was the purpose for me building this site. I hoped it would give you the choice to use some of the latest information to combat any aging effects you are battling.

It is my sincerest hope that you have garnered something that you can use and that you will take it and run with it. We would be most delighted if you would share this post with family if you feel like either you got some good info from it or you might know someone who could benefit from it. The FB and Twitter buttons are at the top of the post.
