Pho Recipe: A Vietnamese Soup That’s Gut-Friendly!

A wonderful recipe for a gut-friendly Vietnamese soup that is both healthy and delicious.

This extremely short video shows you how to make this very healthy yet fantastically delicious Vietnamese soup.

The prep looks super easy and fast. The ingredients are mostly going to be stuff you most likely already have in your refrigerator.

Prep time looked like maybe 30 to 40 minutes.

Looks to me like a nice warm meal on one of the cold winter nights. Soups can be so nutritious and warming in winter.

Take a look and I bet you will love to give it a whirl.

I hope the video helped you out. I’m happy you watched it. I hope you got a thing or two you can put to use from it.

I’m the creator of AntiAgingBlast, Bill Hildebrand, and I can’t help but admit… I like to talk to folks about anti-aging methods!

Lots of people are anxious about aging concerns, however they seem lost as to how to solve aging issues. There are many things that can contribute to anti-aging solutions.

In my experience, I have unearthed six life actions if put into effect and practiced regularly, will reverse the aging process. Don’t get your panties in a wad, even though some may sound trivial I will give more information on them with more detail shortly. Are you waiting, because here they are!

These 6 factors are: stay active with regular exercise, eat various foods that have high levels of Omega-3 fatty acids, spend fun times with your friends, invest in a large pair of sunglasses, eat meals with lots of colorful foods, refine your beliefs about age.

Okay, these are the specifics I told you I would give you before.

Buy a pair of big sunglasses… Bigger sunglasses shield against the UV sun rays that inflict damage on the thin, delicate skin around the eyes and where wrinkles first appear. They also help you to squint less, therefore developing fewer wrinkles around your eyes and even your forehead.

Make some quality time with friends… Very often we find that our hectic schedules cause us to neglect our social life. Having a social life, however, may contribute lots of ways to better aging. Research shows that our being stressed can cause damage to skin cells, leading to premature lines in your face. One of the benefits of spending time with friends is it helps us lower our stress threshold. Your immune system can also be compromised by increased stress, increasing your chances of illness. Not good amigo!

Stay Active… It’s no secret that as you age your metabolism slows down. Getting at least
thirty minutes of activity a day increases your metabolism but can also help to increase bone density putting you at a lower risk of bone injuries as you age. Simple steps such as resistance exercises and some good brisk walking can go a long way toward slowing down the aging process. Put a plan together, OK!

Consume more foods that have been proven to provide high levels of Omega-3 fatty acids… Ohio State University stated in a research study that by increasing these types of foods into your diet, you can see positive results with your joints, increased hair growth, better eyesight, more supple skin, and improvement to your immune and cardiac functions. Some of the foods to look at would be different types of seeds such as pumpkin, chia, flax, and sunflower. Also try some nuts, sardines, and other fatty fish such as salmon. Fish oil supplements can also be a choice but make sure you look for a product with a quality reputation since they can vary in quality immensely.

Keep Your Diet Colorful: We are presented constantly with foods in all kinds of venues like the market, restaurants, cafeterias, that are huge contributors to the aging process. What many people aren’t aware of is that there are also many delicious foods out there that you can grow or purchase at the farmers market that can do the opposite. Foods like kale, broccoli, blueberries, strawberries, oranges, and plums are all rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that can promote healthy aging. Some of these nutrients include alpha lipoic acid, carotenoids (including vitamin A, ß-carotene, lycopene, astaxanthin, and retinol), CoQ10, glutathione, polyphenols, and vitamins C, D, and E.

Change your concept of what old means… Depending on the context, the word old can have many different meanings. Stay positive about yourself and don’t knock yourself down dwelling on what people have defined as “senior moments”. Also don’t get upset that you can’t necessarily do everything the way you used to. Some of that is simply a reality of life. However, you can think positively about what you can do and there are ways to reverse some of the things you may see as negative. Keep watching the videos on this website and you will find some good information related to many anti-aging topics. Besides, who gets to determine what the real definition of old is anyway! Only you can decide that for yourself and take the actions that will help you age gracefully and even slow the process down considerably. After all, isn’t age really just a number?

Alright, so that I don’t get classified as a bad boy, I need to present this disclaimer language to stay in compliance with fed regulations concerning website content. Even though I have spent my entire career in some aspect of the medical field and have been a participant of natural health, exercise, aging, and other facets of health for a long time, I am not a doctor or a licensed health professional. That being said, whatever information you find on Anti Aging Blast is simply my personal opinion and the videos you see have been curated from various sources and naturally are only the opinions of the people giving the information. They are simply a way for me to provide you with information about the area of anti-aging. Nothing on this site should be conceived as medical advice. You should always seek advice with your personal physician or other health professional about exercise programs, diets, or any other health issues.

I am just a concerned individual who is interested in sharing lots of what I hope you feel is educational, interesting, maybe even humorous, stimulating, motivational, or just rocks your boat about the health area of anti-aging. I know a lot of the baby boomer generation and even many younger people are interested in uncovering ways to look and feel younger. Maybe it is vanity for some but I hope mostly it is because they are concerned about their overall physical health as well because that is where the thought processes should really be.

Science has certainly proven that the aging process can be somewhat delayed or in some areas even reversed. Numbers of people have taken the route of surgery or injections to accomplish this but they are expensive and have serious risks involved.

Solving these aging problems will involve various approaches but most of them can be done using natural methods. The majority of them are quite simple, are not painful at all, and are quite low cost. However, you need to find the information. That is why one of my goals here at Anti Aging Blast is to consolidate as much information under one roof… so to speak… so that you can come here knowing you can find new information on almost a daily basis.

This is where the rubber meets the road. Putting what you have pulled from this video or another one you have watched will only produce results if you put the knowledge to work. Nothing just happens by chance. Take a deep breath and just simply go for it and you will be amazed.

I do sincerely hope you have gotten some real value from the videos you have watched. This was one reason I pulled all these videos together on this site. I hoped it would give you the chance to use some of the latest information to fight off any aging effects you are battling.

It is my sincerest hope that you have found something that you can use and that you will take it and run with it. We would be forever happy if you feel like you received some benefit from the post, that you would share the post with your friends on FB and on Twitter if you have an account.
