You can leverage your subconscious mind to lead you more to things you want rather than things you don’t want.

You’ll have to watch the video to figure that one out. But it makes total sense. One of the examples they give is about losing weight.

Rather than always be thinking about your body fat and how you need to get rid of some of it. concentrate more on building lean muscle mass that will take care of that body fat.

Many times it is really just a mind shift in thinking more about positive outcomes that will give you just that.

When you are concentrating on problems it tends to make you think about the negative aspects of that problem which just keeps you thinking in a negative state, attracting more problems.

I’m the creator of AntiAgingBlast, Bill Hildebrand, and I must admit… anti-aging methods really excite me!

My experience is that a lot of people have worries about aging effects, but many of them think it is just part of getting older. There are many things that can promote anti-aging solutions.

In my experience, I have found six life hacks if put into action and practiced regularly, will reverse the aging process. Don’t get your panties in a wad, even though some may appear as trivial I will expound on them with more detail shortly. Are you wired, because here they are!

As I affirmed earlier, here are descriptions for these 6 factors.

Buy a pair of big sunglasses… Bigger sunglasses shade against the UV sun rays that damage the thin, delicate skin around the eyes and where wrinkles first appear. They also help you to squint less, therefore forming fewer wrinkles around your eyes and even your forehead.

Take time to hang out with some good friends… Our crazy schedules often interfere with us having a social life. Some research studies have shown the damaging effects of high stress levels as they relate to aging. One of these is skin cell damage that can cause early aging lines on your face. Enjoying some fun times with friends can many times reduce the amount of stress we feel. Another detrimental effect of stress can be lowering the effectiveness of our immune system, thus subjecting us to possible diseases. That is not good my friend! So as you can see, taking some time for a social life can contribute to a more positive aging process.

Get Some Movement in Your Day… It’s quite well established that as you get older your metabolism gets slower. If you will find about 30 minutes each day for some vigorous action, you can increase your metabolism and also help increase the density of your bones, thus decreasing the potential for bone injuries as you age. Doing some simple resistance exercises and going on a fast-paced hike around the neighborhood are a couple of great ways to retard that old aging mechanism. Make yourself a plan for that right now and you’ll notice changes rapidly!

Eat Food That is High in Omega-3 Fatty Acids… A study done by Ohio State University shows these foods can help everything from your joints, eyesight, and hair growth to making your skin look supple and improving your heart and immune functions. You can increase your intake of foods such as seeds, nuts, sardines, or salmon. If you want to take a supplement, fish oil capsules are a good choice. Make it a high-quality product however.

Keep Your Diet Colorful: We are presented constantly with foods in all kinds of venues like the market, restaurants, cafeterias, that are huge contributors to the aging process. What many people aren’t aware of is that there are also many delicious foods out there that you can grow or purchase at the farmers market that can do the opposite. Foods like kale, broccoli, blueberries, strawberries, oranges, and plums are all rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that can promote healthy aging. Some of these nutrients include alpha lipoic acid, carotenoids (including vitamin A, ß-carotene, lycopene, astaxanthin, and retinol), CoQ10, glutathione, polyphenols, and vitamins C, D, and E.

Change Your Opinion Of Old… Who decides what the formal definition of what old means. The word can have many different meanings depending on the context. Don’t degrade yourself by talking about your “senior moments” or the things you can no longer do. Having a positive attitude and a good mental outlook is half the battle. When you tell yourself that you are old and can’t do things, it becomes the truth. Instead, focus on all the things you can do and remember, age is just a number.

These anti-aging methods can be resolved in many cases using totally natural methods. The majority of them are quite simple, don’t involve pain at all, and are quite inexpensive. But you need to be able to get a hold of the information so you can implement it. The reason I put this site up, Anti Aging Blast, was to give you a site where you knew you could find the latest current information concerning the topic of anti-aging.

This is where the rubber meets the road. If you don’t put some of the suggestions you have found on this site to use, nothing will happen. Nothing just happens by chance. Take a deep breath and just simply go for it and you will be amazed.
