I know you may be saying, is he crazy thinking I am going to sit here and watch a 37 minute video. I said the same thing until I got just a little ways into it and then I couldn’t stop watching it.

Maybe it was because I realized that there were a few things in my life I wanted to change and this information kind of made the lightbulb light up and got me thinking that yes I can make these changes. Not only that but I just like this guy.

What you will see is really just a systematic way of looking at your life and discovering if there are certain aspects of it that you maybe are not really satisfied with. Then he gives you a positive, but challenging way to go about making some changes .

This is something many of us should do every year. It really can keep your life interesting and help you achieve a whole lot more than maybe you think is possible. Don’t let it scare you. Just do it. I know I am going to make it happen.

In addition, the larger shades will help you to not squint as much, thus helping to reduce not only wrinkles around the eyes but also on your forehead.

Make some quality time with friends… Very often we find that our hectic schedules cause us to neglect our social life. Having a social life, however, may contribute lots of ways to better aging. Research shows that our being stressed can cause damage to skin cells, leading to premature lines in your face. One of the benefits of spending time with friends is it help us lower our stress threshold. Your immune system can also be compromised by increased stress, increasing your chances for illness. Not good amigo!

Make sure your diet includes plenty of foods that are high in Omega-3 fatty acids… Foods such as seeds, nuts, sardines, and fatter fish like salmon are great choices. If you also want a supplement, you can find a high-quality fish oil product. Research done at Ohio State University demonstrates that eating these types of foods can help your eyesight, strengthen hair growth, help your joints, make your skin softer, and improve both your heart and immune systems.

Get Some Movement in Your Day… It’s quite well established that as you get older your metabolism gets slower. If you will find about 30 minutes each day for some vigorous action, you can increase your metabolism and also help increase the density of your bones, thus decreasing the potential for bone injuries as you age.
