Everything You Know About Red Meat Is Wrong

Most everything you are told about red meat is wrong so watch this video to get some true facts.

First of all, if you are a vegan, no problem, I am not here to change people’s minds who chose not to eat meat.

The message here is if you do like to eat meat, there are healthy choices and the meat has lots of good nutrients that your body will love.

Yes, I am talking about grass-fed beef.  This video is quite cool because Jordan runs a farm in Missouri and he not only has a rare breed of cattle but some other exotic animals as well on the farm.

Jordan will tell you the healthy nutrients that you get from grass-fed beef and why he eats meat at least 5 times per week. It is getting easier to find grass fed organic meats both in grocery stores and in many areas of the country where there are farms.

You can locate these organic farmers many times online simply by searching on Google and putting in a search or organic farms near your location.

A lot of people would like to do something about aging, although they don’t have any thoughts about what they can do about it. There are many things that can promote anti-aging solutions.

I have found 6 general areas that if we practice on a routine basis can retard the aging process by a good measure. Don’t worry, some of these may sound trivial but I will explain in detail in a minute. I hope you’re not appalled at these!

The 6 actions are: invest in a pair of large sunglasses, spend time with your friends, stay active with exercise, eat foods high in Omega-3 fatty acids, keep your foods you eat colorful, change your thoughts of old.

OK, here are the specifics I promised earlier.

Spend time with your friends… Oftentimes we find our schedules to be so hectic that we
neglect to make time for a social life. However, having a social life can help you age better in
many ways. The biggest thing making time for friends will accomplish is lowering your stress
level. Studies have shown that being stressed out damages your skin cells, which leads to
premature lines. Stress can also lower your immune system leading you to a more likely chance
of becoming ill. Yuck!

Old Can Just Be A State of Mind… The word “old” can certainly mean different things to different people depending on their circumstances. After all, who gets to decide what the right definition of old is in the first place. If you have a positive attitude thinking young will give you a real step in the right direction. Don’t go around worrying about so called “senior moments” or limitations you might have. Many of these things can be reversed with some simple steps. By dwelling on things as negative they eventually become your reality. Focus on what you are currently capable of and work toward solving the rest with what you can learn here on this website. Just remember, age is simply a number.

Put some vigorous step in your day… I think we all know that as we get older our metabolism starts to slow down. That doesn’t have to be the case. If you will find about a half hour each day for an activity that gets you moving some, you can not only increase your metabolism but even increase your bone density. This will go a long way in helping to prevent a bone injury in your future. These activities can be as simple as taking a nice fast walk and /or doing some resistance type exercises that you can perform almost anywhere. They will definitely help slow down that aging process. Make a plan for doing that now and you will be looking younger in no time.

Invest in a pair of large sunglasses…The larger glasses shield more of the delicate thin skin around your eyes where we first get wrinkles. They will also prevent you from squinting as much, therefore, reducing both wrinkles around your eyes but also your forehead.

Keep Your Diet Colorful: We are presented constantly with foods in all kinds of venues like the market, restaurants, cafeterias, that are huge contributors to the aging process. What many people aren’t aware of is that there are also many delicious foods out there that you can grow or purchase at the farmers market that can do the opposite. Foods like kale, broccoli, blueberries, strawberries, oranges, and plums are all rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that can promote healthy aging. Some of these nutrients include alpha lipoic acid, carotenoids (including vitamin A, ß-carotene, lycopene, astaxanthin, and retinol), CoQ10, glutathione, polyphenols, and vitamins C, D, and E.

Eat Food That is High in Omega-3 Fatty Acids… A study done by Ohio State University shows these foods can help everything from your joints, eyesight, and hair growth to making your skin look supple and improving your heart and immune functions. You can increase your intake of foods such as seeds, nuts, sardines, or salmon. If you want to take a supplement, fish oil capsules are a good choice. Make it a high-quality product however.

My purpose for putting together this website was to bring as much fresh information together at one location so you could always know that you can come to this website over and over and get the most current information about the topic of anti-aging.

We’ve come to that critical point in time Putting what you have pulled from this video or another one you have watched will only produce results if you put the knowledge to work. There is no chance that something is going to happen all by itself. You are going to have to dig down and get to work.
