My name is Bill Hildebrand and I am the creator of AntAgingBlast, and I have to admit… anti-aging methods really excite me!

A lot of people would like to do something about aging, although they seem lost as to how to defeat issues involving aging. There are numerous actions that can contribute to limiting aging symptoms.

In my experience, I have unearthed a half dozen life activities if put into action and scheduled regularly, will reverse the aging process. Don’t panic, some of these may look trivial but I will define in detail in a minute. Get primed, here they come!

The six areas are: spend time with friends, stay active by exercising, invest in a pair of big sunglasses, find foods that are high in Omega-3 fatty acids, eat colorful foods often, adjust your thoughts about being old.

As promised, I will go into the logic in more detail why these 6 hacks work.

Make sure your diet includes plenty of foods that are high in Omega-3 fatty acids… Foods such as seeds, nuts, sardines, and fatter fish like salmon are great choices. If you also want a supplement, you can find a high-quality fish oil product. Research done at Ohio State University demonstrates that eating these types of foods can help your eyesight, strengthen hair growth, help your joints, make your skin softer, and improve both your heart and immune systems.

Buy a pair of big sunglasses… Bigger sunglasses shade against the UV sun rays that damage the thin, delicate skin around the eyes and where wrinkles first appear. They also help you to squint less, therefore forging fewer wrinkles around your eyes and even your forehead.

Stay Active… It’s no secret that as you age your metabolism slows down. Getting at least
thirty minutes of activity a day increases your metabolism but can also help to increase bone density putting you at a lower risk of bone injuries as you age. Simple steps such as resistance exercises and some good brisk walking can go a long way toward slowing down the aging process. Put a plan together, OK!

Spend time with your friends… Oftentimes we find our schedules to be so hectic that we
neglect to make time for a social life. However, having a social life can help you age better in
many ways. The biggest thing making time for friends will accomplish is lowering your stress
level. Studies have shown that being stressed out damages your skin cells, which leads to
premature lines. Stress can also lower your immune system leading you to a more likely chance
of becoming ill. Yuck!

Eat Natural Foods with Lots of Color… Many of the foods found at your local supermarket are known to speed up aging. It’s too bad but lots of people don’t know that there are also many foods that have the opposite effect. Fruits and vegetables such as broccoli, kale, oranges, plums, strawberries, and blueberries to name a few. They are all full of antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins that are great for contributing to healthy aging. Some of the nutrients you will find in these foods are carotenoids (like these: vitamin A, B-carotene, retinol, astaxanthin, and lycopene), and alpha lipoic acid. You will also find polyphenols, glutathione, CoQ10 and vitamins such as D, E, and C.

Change Your Opinion Of Old… Who decides what the formal definition of what old means. The word can have many different meanings depending on the context. Don’t degrade yourself by talking about your “senior moments” or the things you can no longer do. Having a positive attitude and a good mental outlook is half the battle. When you tell yourself that you are old and can’t do things, it becomes the truth. Instead, focus on all the things you can do and remember, age is just a number.

These anti-aging methods can be resolved in many cases using totally natural methods. These methods are for the most part painless, easy to get started with and cost very little. However, you need to find the information. That is why one of my goals here at Anti Aging Blast is to consolidate as much information under one roof… so to speak… so that you can come here knowing you can find fresh information on almost a daily basis.

This is where the rubber meets the road. Putting what you have gleaned from this video or another one you have watched will only produce better health if you put the knowledge to work. Not a thing happens by chance Take a deep breath and just simply go for it and you will be amazed.
