6 Little-Known Benefits Of Sunlight

Natural sunlight has so many great health benefits that make it mandatory for your to get more of it on a daily basis.

Sun exposure get so much bad publicity today and it’s really a shame. First of all, it’s just plain wrong! No, of course, you should not be going out and getting a sunburn. That is not what we are talking about here.

What I am talking about and what you will learn in the video is 6 major health benefits you will get by getting more natural sunlight exposure. This might even be as little as 30 minutes per day but hopefully, you will find ways to get much more than that.

First of all, you may find that you will sleep much better when you get more sun. This is especially true in winter with the shorter amount of daylight. Most of us have heard about the effects of less light has on some people as far as depression is concerned. Light therapy is what is usually recommended in this case. Sound familiar.

Sun exposure is good for your eyes. Leave the sunglasses off sometimes. Your eyes actually like the natural sunlight. When we get exposed to too much blue light such as our cell phones, computers, and TV, it messes with our circadian rhythm which interferes with our sleep patterns

One of the things they don’t even mention in the video is that we need sunlight on our skin so that we can produce our own vitamin D, a critical vitamin for many body functions. Take a look, it’s a real short video.

I hope the video helped you out. I’m really happy you watched it. I hope you got a few things useful from it.

I’m the creator of AntiAgingBlast, Bill Hildebrand, I can’t help myself about admitting… anti-aging gets me excited and I hope it does that for you too!

Many people seem worrisome about the effects of aging, however, they seem lost as to how to defeat getting old before their time. There are a lot of things that can enhance controlling the toll aging takes.

In my experience, I have discovered six life changers if put into motion and scheduled regularly, will reverse the aging process. Don’t worry, some of these may seem trivial but I will define in detail in a minute. Are you primed, because here they are!

The six areas are: spend time with friends, stay active by getting some exercise, buy a pair of big sunglasses, find foods that are high in Omega-3 fatty acids, eat colorful foods on a regular basis, adjust your thoughts about being old.

As I agreed earlier, here are explanations for these 6 factors.

Make some quality time with friends… Very often we find that our hectic schedules cause us to neglect our social life. Having a social life, however, may contribute lots of ways to better aging. Research shows that our being stressed can cause damage to skin cells, leading to premature lines in your face. One of the benefits of spending time with friends is it help us lower our stress threshold. Your immune system can also be compromised by increased stress, increasing your chances for illness. Not good amigo!

Change Your Opinion Of Old… Who decides what the formal definition of what old means. The word can have many different meanings depending on the context. Don’t degrade yourself by talking about your “senior moments” or the things you can no longer do. Having a positive attitude and a good mental outlook is half the battle. When you tell yourself that you are old and can’t do things, it becomes the truth. Instead, focus on all the things you can do and remember, age is just a number.

Get Some Movement in Your Day… It’s quite well established that as you get older your metabolism gets slower. If you will find about 30 minutes each day for some vigorous action, you can increase your metabolism and also help increase the density of your bones, thus decreasing the potential for bone injuries as you age. Doing some simple resistance exercises and going on a fast-paced hike around the neighborhood are a couple of great ways to retard that old aging mechanism. Make yourself a plan for that right now and you’ll notice changes rapidly!

Purchase a large pair of sunglasses… By wearing the larger glasses, you will ultimately shield more of the very sensitive thin skin around your eyes from the devastating sun’s UV rays. In addition, the larger shades will help you to not squint as much, thus helping to lower not only wrinkles around the eyes but also on your forehead.

Keep Your Diet Colorful: We are presented constantly with foods in all kinds of venues like the market, restaurants, cafeterias, that are huge contributors to the aging process. What many people aren’t aware of is that there are also many delicious foods out there that you can grow or purchase at the farmers market that can do the opposite. Foods like kale, broccoli, blueberries, strawberries, oranges, and plums are all rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that can promote healthy aging. Some of these nutrients include alpha lipoic acid, carotenoids (including vitamin A, ß-carotene, lycopene, astaxanthin, and retinol), CoQ10, glutathione, polyphenols, and vitamins C, D, and E.

Eat Food That is High in Omega-3 Fatty Acids… A study done by Ohio State University shows these foods can help everything from your joints, eyesight, and hair growth to making your skin look supple and improving your heart and immune functions. You can increase your intake of foods such as seeds, nuts, sardines, or salmon. If you want to take a supplement, fish oil capsules are a good choice. Make it a high-quality product however.

Alright, I need to provide a bit of disclaimer text so as to stay within present public notification regulations. My whole working life has been engaged in the healthcare field in one aspect or another. I have also been a student of natural health, the aging phenomenon, fitness and exercise, healthy eating, and other areas within the healthcare arena. However, I am not a physician or a duly licensed healthcare professional of any kind. Therefore, anything I say on this website is absolutely just my opinion and the videos are curated from a number of sources as simply a way to make presentable some information. Nothing on this site should be conceived as medical advice. If you have questions about any type of healthcare issue, whether that involves dieting, weight loss, exercise, or any other personal health concern, always consult with your personal physician or other healthcare professional.

The area of anti-aging seems to be a hot topic with many people today, maybe because a large part of the population in the US is getting older. I happen to fall into that age spectrum. One of the reasons I wanted to provide this website, Anti Aging Blast was to consolidate as much information as a convenience to you about the topic. I hope you will find it useful, helpful, fun, educational, and maybe even blows your mind. No matter what, I really just hope you like it and you will come back often. It’s not only the so called boomers who are interested in ways to both younger than there current age. The subject has peaked interest from younger generations as well and rightfully so since the earlier we can implement some of the fitness habits, the easier it will be to slow the aging process.

There is plenty of research available today to prove that we have the ability to prevent, slow down, and in some cases even reverse parts of the aging dilemma. The avenues of plastic surgery and injections of serums have been a choice by some, but those choices come at a rather high cost and certainly not without some dangers.

These anti-aging methods can be solved in many cases using totally natural methods. These methods are for the most part painless, easy to get started with and cost very little. But you need to be able to get a hold of the information so you can implement it. That is why one of my goals here at Anti Aging Blast is to consolidate as much information under one roof… so to speak… so that you can come here knowing you can find current information on almost a daily basis.

This is where the rubber meets the road. None of the video information you have found on this website will do you any good unless you put it to use. Nothing just happens by chance. You have to implement and take some action.

Were you able to pull some things from this video that you can get some value from? That was the purpose for me building this site. I wanted to present worthwhile, action-oriented practical information that would allow you to reduce, prevent, or even set back some of the aging signs that make you unhappy.

I would really feel elated if I knew that you were able to grab a tip from this or another video here on Anti Aging Blast and were able to make it work for you as an anti-aging help. We would be forever happy if you feel like you received some education from the post, that you would share the post with your friends and family on FB and on Twitter if you have an account.

We would be very glad to have you come back and see us as often as you like. We put fresh stuff on the site on a regular basis. Hope you’re not heading out yet, but before you do go will you do us one more favor? Please let us know what you think. We are hoping that your time here was well spent and you got some value from it. If so would you let us know with a comment below? We will use the information you feedback to us to make improvements to our website.

We would like to say thanks for visiting with us and hope you will come back to our site soon. So long for now from Bill and the folks here at Anti Aging Blast.. Your good friends at AntiAgingBlast
