Everything You Need To Know About The Keto Diet

If you are wondering what the keto diet is all about and how it works in your body then this video is for you.

This short but very informative video covers what a keto diet is, what it does in your body and the benefits of the keto diet.

It talks about how it starves the body of carbohydrates and therefore sugar by changing the diet to eating many more fats and fewer carbs. It then explains what that does inside your body and how it use the ketones as fuel for energy.

It then briefly explains what this means in terms of benefits such as weight loss, clearer thinking, less acne, and other health benefits.

If you are thinking about trying the keto diet, you probably should consult with your physician first because there are a few risks involved with the diet depending on some other health issues you may have.

I hope the video helped you in some way. I’m really glad you were able to see it. I hope you got a few things useful from it.

I’m the creator of AntiAgingBlast, Bill Hildebrand, and I have to admit… I really enjoy chatting about anti-aging!

A lot of people would like to do something about aging, although they don’t have any thoughts about what actions they can take. There are a lot of things that can enhance anti-aging solutions.

There are six major life factors that when done on a daily basis can really reduce aging symptoms. Even though some of these may seem relatively minor, I promise to give you details right around the corner here. I hope you’re primed for this!

These 6 factors are: stay active with regular exercise, eat various foods that have high levels of Omega-3 fatty acids, spend fun times with your friends, buy a large pair of sunglasses, eat a diet with lots of colorful foods, refine your beliefs about age.

Alright, are you ready to read why these 6 things can actually make a difference in aging.

Eat Natural Foods with Lots of Color… Many of the foods found at your local supermarket are known to speed up aging. It’s too bad but lots of people don’t know that there are also many foods that have the opposite effect. Fruits and vegetables such as broccoli, kale, oranges, plums, strawberries, and blueberries to name a few. They are all full of antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins that are great for contributing to healthy aging. Some of the nutrients you will find in these foods are carotenoids (like these: vitamin A, B-carotene, retinol, astaxanthin, and lycopene), and alpha lipoic acid. You will also find polyphenols, glutathione, CoQ10 and vitamins such as D, E, and C.

Purchase a large pair of sunglasses… By wearing the larger glasses, you will ultimately safeguard more of the very sensitive thin skin around your eyes from the damaging sun’s UV rays. In addition, the larger shades will help you to not squint as much, thus helping to scale down not only wrinkles around the eyes but also on your forehead.

Make some quality time with friends… Very often we find that our hectic schedules cause us to neglect our social life. Having a social life, however, may contribute lots of ways to better aging. Research shows that our being stressed can cause damage to skin cells, leading to premature lines in your face. One of the benefits of spending time with friends is it help us lower our stress threshold. Your immune system can also be compromised by increased stress, increasing your chances for illness. Not good amigo!

Consume more foods that have been proven to provide high levels of Omega-3 fatty acids… Ohio State University stated in a research study that by increasing these types of foods into your diet, you can see positive results with your joints, increased hair growth, better eyesight, more supple skin, and improvement to your immune and cardiac functions. Some of the foods to look at would be different types of seeds such as pumpkin, chia, flax, and sunflower. Also try some nuts, sardines, and other fatty fish such as salmon. Fish oil supplements can also be a choice but make sure you look for a product with a quality reputation since they can vary in quality immensely.

Get Some Movement in Your Day… It’s quite well established that as you get older your metabolism gets slower. If you will find about 30 minutes each day for some vigorous action, you can increase your metabolism and also help increase the density of your bones, thus decreasing the potential for bone injuries as you age. Doing some simple resistance exercises and going on a fast-paced hike around the neighborhood are a couple of great ways to retard that old aging mechanism. Make yourself a plan for that right now and you’ll notice changes rapidly!

Old Can Just Be A State of Mind… The word “old” can certainly mean different things to different people depending on their circumstances. After all, who gets to decide what the right definition of old is in the first place. If you have a positive attitude thinking young will give you a real step in the right direction. Don’t go around worrying about so called “senior moments” or limitations you might have. Many of these things can be reversed with some simple steps. By dwelling on things as negative they eventually become your reality. Focus on what you are currently capable of and work toward solving the rest with what you can learn here on this website. Just remember, age is simply a number.

Alright, so that I don’t disobey current government rules related to public notification, I need to make you enlightened of this disclaimer language. My whole working life has been inside the healthcare field in one aspect or another. I have also been a disciple of natural health, the aging phenomenon, fitness and exercise, healthy eating, and other areas within the healthcare arena. However, I am not a physician or a duly licensed healthcare professional of any kind. That being said, whatever information you find on Anti Aging Blast is simply my personal opinion and the videos you see have been curated from various sources and naturally are only the opinions of the people presenting the information. They are simply a way for me to provide you with information about the topic of anti-aging. Nothing on this site should be thought of as medical advice. When it comes to any sort of personal health issues, diets, or exercise programs, you should always first consult with your personal doctor.

The area of anti-aging seems to be a hot topic with many individuals today, maybe because a large part of the population in the US is getting older. I happen to fall into that age spectrum. The reason I wanted to provide this website, Anti Aging Blast was to put together as much information as a convenience to you about the topic. I hope you will find it useful, helpful, fun, educational, and maybe even blows your mind. No matter what, I really just hope you like it and you will be back often. It’s not only the so called boomers who are interested in ways to both look and feel younger than there current age. The subject has concerned younger generations as well and rightfully so since the earlier we can start practicing some of the health and fitness habits, the easier it will be to slow the aging process.

There is lots of proof out there that slowing or even reversing the aging cycle can absolutely be done and I don’t mean by cosmetic surgery or shooting you up with snake venom.

Solving these aging problems involve various approaches but most of them can be done using natural methods. These methods are for the most part painless, easy to put into practice and cost very little. However, you need to find the information. The reason I put this site up, Anti Aging Blast, was to give you a location where you knew you could find the latest up to the minute information concerning the topic of anti-aging.

We’ve come to that critical point in time If you don’t put some of the suggestions you have found on this site to use, nothing will happen. Not a thing happens by chance Take a deep breath and just simply go for it and you will be amazed.

Have you gotten some good value from this video? I hope so. That is why I brought this site together. I wanted to present worthwhile, action-oriented educational info that would allow you to reduce, prevent, or even set back some of the aging signs that make you frustrated.

It is my sincerest hope that you have garnered something that you can use and that you will take it and run with it.
