5 Things That Happen When You Put Your Legs Up Against A Wall Every Day

This yoga pose has numerous health benefits that have positive effects on many parts of your body and health.

Wow, I learned a lot from this short little video. It is amazing what this one simple yoga pose can do for your health. Just putting your legs up against the wall for 20 minutes a day will do wonders.

It can first of all help reduce swelling in your feet and ankles. It also refreshes your legs after a long day on the job. If you have circulation problems you can help increase the circulation. If you suffer from regular feet or leg swelling, you should consult with a physician because it could be the result of a kidney, heart, or circulatory problem that needs care.

Believe it or not, it actually can improve digestion and bowel movements. Like I said, this technique has many benefits that affect many parts of your body.

Your nervous system can benefit from this simple yoga pose and help you relax. It can help your breathing and improve your intake of air.

It is well worth a watch, since just about anyone with the exception of someone with a back problem can do this and get the health benefits mentioned and more.

And that’s it! I hope you enjoyed 🙂 I hope you got something useful from the video!

I’m Bill, the creator of AntiAgingBlast, and I have to admit… anti-aging methods really excite me!

A lot of people would like to do something about aging, although many of them are of the opinion it is just part of getting older. There are numerous actions that can promote controlling the toll aging takes.

There are six major life factors that when done consistently can really slow aging symptoms. Don’t change the dial, some of these may seem trivial but I will explain in detail in a minute. Are you wired, because here they are!

These 6 factors are: stay active with an exercise plan, eat various foods that have high levels of Omega-3 fatty acids, spend fun times with your friends, buy a large pair of sunglasses, eat meals with lots of colorful foods, refine your beliefs about age.

OK, here are the particulars I promised earlier.

Make sure your diet includes plenty of foods that are high in Omega-3 fatty acids… Foods such as seeds, nuts, sardines, and fatter fish like salmon are great choices. If you also want a supplement, you can find a high-quality fish oil product. Research done at Ohio State University demonstrates that eating these types of foods can help your eyesight, strengthen hair growth, help your joints, make your skin softer, and improve both your heart and immune systems.

Buy a pair of big sunglasses… Bigger sunglasses safeguard against the UV sun rays that damage the thin, delicate skin around the eyes and where wrinkles first appear. They also help you to squint less, therefore developing fewer wrinkles around your eyes and even your forehead.

Get Some Movement in Your Day… It’s quite well established that as you get older your metabolism gets slower. If you will find about 30 minutes each day for some vigorous action, you can increase your metabolism and also help increase the density of your bones, thus decreasing the potential for bone injuries as you age. Doing some simple resistance exercises and going on a fast-paced hike around the neighborhood are a couple of great ways to retard that old aging mechanism. Make yourself a plan for that right now and you’ll notice changes rapidly!

Take time to hang out with some good friends… Our crazy schedules often interfere with us having a social life. Some research studies have shown the damaging effects of high stress levels as they relate to aging. One of these is skin cell damage that can cause early aging lines on your face. Enjoying some fun times with friends can many times reduce the amount of stress we feel. Another detrimental effect of stress can be lowering the effectiveness of our immune system, thus subjecting us to possible diseases. That is not good my friend! So as you can see, taking some time for a social life can contribute to a more positive aging process.

Eat Natural Foods with Lots of Color… Many of the foods found at your local supermarket are known to speed up aging. It’s too bad but lots of people don’t know that there are also many foods that have the opposite effect. Fruits and vegetables such as broccoli, kale, oranges, plums, strawberries, and blueberries to name a few. They are all full of antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins that are great for contributing to healthy aging. Some of the nutrients you will find in these foods are carotenoids (like these: vitamin A, B-carotene, retinol, astaxanthin, and lycopene), and alpha lipoic acid. You will also find polyphenols, glutathione, CoQ10 and vitamins such as D, E, and C.

Change Your Opinion Of Old… Who decides what the formal definition of what old means. The word can have many different meanings depending on the context. Don’t degrade yourself by talking about your “senior moments” or the things you can no longer do. Having a positive attitude and a good mental outlook is half the battle. When you tell yourself that you are old and can’t do things, it becomes the truth. Instead, focus on all the things you can do and remember, age is just a number.

At this time, so that I don’t get characterized as a bad boy, I need to print this disclaimer language to stay in observance with fed regulations concerning website content. My whole working life has been engaged in the healthcare field in one aspect or another. I have also been a disciple of natural health, the aging phenomenon, fitness and exercise, healthy eating, and other areas within the healthcare arena. However, I am not a physician or a duly licensed healthcare professional of any kind. Therefore, anything I publish on this website is wholly my opinion and the videos are curated from many sources as simply a way to make presentable some information. Nothing on this site should be taken as medical advice. You should always consult with your personal physician or other health professional about exercise programs, diets, or any other health issues.

The area of anti-aging seems to be a hot topic with many researchers today, maybe because a large part of the population in the US is getting older. I happen to fall into that demographic. One of the reasons I wanted to provide this website, Anti Aging Blast was to consolidate as much information as a convenience to you about the topic. I hope you will find it useful, helpful, fun, educational, and maybe even blows your mind. No matter what, I really just hope you like it and you will return often. I know it is an area that many people, especially the baby boomers… since I am one of them… are concerned about and would like to discover ways to look and feel younger than our natural age.

Science has certainly proven that the aging process can be slowed down or in some areas even reversed. A few people have taken the action of surgery or injections to accomplish this but they are expensive and have serious risks involved.

Solving these aging problems can involve various approaches but most of them can be done using natural methods. The majority of them are quite simple, don’t involve pain at all, and are quite reasonably inexpensive. But you need to be able to get a hold of the information so you can implement it. The place is right here in front of you. My purpose for putting together this website was to bring as much new information together at one location so you could always know that you can come to this website over and over and get the most recent information about the topic of anti-aging.

This is where the rubber meets the road. Putting what you have pulled from this video or another one you have watched will only produce better health and fitness if you put the knowledge to work. There is no chance that something is going to happen all by itself. You are going to have to dig down and get to work.

Were you able to pull some things from this video that you can get some value from? This was one reason I pulled all these videos together on this site. I wanted to present worthwhile, action-oriented educational info that would allow you to reduce, prevent, or even set back some of the aging signs that make you frustrated.

One of my favorite outcomes would be to know that you found a gem here on our site that you can use in your plan to look and feel younger. We would be most thankful if you would share this post with family if you feel like either you got some good info from it or you might know someone who could benefit from it. The FB and Twitter buttons are at the top of the post.

I hope you will visit with us often and that you like what you see. We update the site on a regular basis. Please don’t leave until you do one more thing for us. Please let us know what you think. We are hoping that your time here was well spent and you got some value from it. If so would you let us know with a comment below?
