5 reasons to Drink Smoothies Daily!

One of the simplest and tastiest ways to get your daily requirement of fruits and vegetables in one meal is to have a smoothie every day in place of one of your meals.

I think most of us know that in order to be healthy and energetic we should be eating about 2 cups of fruits and vegetables each and every day. However, I am betting that no more than 2 out of 8 people really do that. Well here is an easy and fast way to do just that.

With just a small amount of preparation, some of which could even be done the night before, you can chop a few vegetables and fruits into smaller pieces, then in the morning just toss them in the blender along with some coconut water or almond milk or some other healthy liquid and like magic you have just made a healthy cocktail with your total daily requirements of fruits and veggies.

The health benefits of doing this daily are enormous. An increased immune system to help fight off sickness. Help in losing some weight. Overall better health and wellness along with many other wonderful health enhancements.

The variety of smoothie recipes out there is endless and when you mix both fruit and veggies together you mostly taste the sweetness of the fruit, since our tongue picks up the sweet first and foremost. That’s why what some people think is a nasty looking green smoothie actually tastes quite delicious.

When it comes to eating healthy, it doesn’t get much simpler than this.  Hope you give it a try. You won’t regret it I’m sure.

I surely hope you enjoyed the video. Pretty good right? I thought it was!

My name is Bill Hildebrand and I am the creator of AntAgingBlast, I can’t help myself about admitting… I like talking about anti-aging and I hope you do as well!

Many people seem worrisome about the effects of aging, however, they just don’t have an idea what to do about it. There are numerous actions that can promote reducing the effects of aging.

Here I have outlined a half a dozen steps you can take to help with fighting the aging process.

I have discovered half a dozen general factors that if we utilize them on a daily basis can slow down the aging process considerably. Don’t get your panties in a wad, even though some may appear as trivial I will give more information relative to them with more detail shortly. I hope you’re not stunned at these!

These 6 factors are: stay active with a weekly exercise routine, eat different foods that have high levels of Omega-3 fatty acids, spend fun times with your friends, invest in a large pair of sunglasses, eat a diet with lots of colorful foods, refine your beliefs about age.

Okay, these are the particulars I told you I would give you before.

Keep Your Diet Colorful: We are presented constantly with foods in all kinds of venues like the market, restaurants, cafeterias, that are huge contributors to the aging process. What many people aren’t aware of is that there are also many delicious foods out there that you can grow or purchase at the farmers market that can do the opposite. Foods like kale, broccoli, blueberries, strawberries, oranges, and plums are all rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that can promote healthy aging. Some of these nutrients include alpha lipoic acid, carotenoids (including vitamin A, ß-carotene, lycopene, astaxanthin, and retinol), CoQ10, glutathione, polyphenols, and vitamins C, D, and E.

Invest in a pair of large sunglasses…The larger glasses safeguard more of the delicate thin skin around your eyes where we first get wrinkles. They will also prevent you from squinting as much, therefore, reducing both wrinkles around your eyes but also your forehead.

Make some quality time with friends… Very often we find that our hectic schedules cause us to neglect our social life. Having a social life, however, may contribute lots of ways to better aging. Research shows that our being stressed can cause damage to skin cells, leading to premature lines in your face. One of the benefits of spending time with friends is it help us lower our stress threshold. Your immune system can also be compromised by increased stress, increasing your chances for illness. Not good amigo!

Make sure your diet includes plenty of foods that are high in Omega-3 fatty acids… Foods such as seeds, nuts, sardines, and fatter fish like salmon are great choices. If you also want a supplement, you can find a high-quality fish oil product. Research done at Ohio State University demonstrates that eating these types of foods can help your eyesight, strengthen hair growth, help your joints, make your skin softer, and improve both your heart and immune systems.

Get Some Movement in Your Day… It’s quite well established that as you get older your metabolism gets slower. If you will find about 30 minutes each day for some vigorous action, you can increase your metabolism and also help increase the density of your bones, thus decreasing the potential for bone injuries as you age. Doing some simple resistance exercises and going on a fast-paced hike around the neighborhood are a couple of great ways to retard that old aging mechanism. Make yourself a plan for that right now and you’ll notice changes rapidly!

Change Your Opinion Of Old… Who decides what the formal definition of what old means. The word can have many different meanings depending on the context. Don’t degrade yourself by talking about your “senior moments” or the things you can no longer do. Having a positive attitude and a good mental outlook is half the battle. When you tell yourself that you are old and can’t do things, it becomes the truth. Instead, focus on all the things you can do and remember, age is just a number.

At this time, I need to present to you a bit of disclaimer text so as to stay within accepted public notification regulations. Even though I have spent my entire work life in some aspect of the medical field and have made a study of natural health, exercise, aging, and other areas of health for a long time, I am not a doctor or a licensed health professional. Therefore, anything I publish on this website is just my opinion and the videos are curated from numerous sources as simply a way to make available some information. Nothing on this site should be taken as medical advice. When it comes to any type of personal health issues, diets, or exercise programs, you should always first consult with your personal doctor.

Preventing aging is a topic that everyone should be concerned with not just the Baby Boomers.

The area of anti-aging seems to be a hot topic with many individuals today, maybe because a large part of the population in the US is getting older. I happen to fall into that age spectrum. A big reason I wanted to provide this website, Anti Aging Blast was to bring together as much information as a convenience to you about the topic. I hope you will find it useful, helpful, fun, educational, and maybe even blows your mind. No matter what, I really just hope you like it and you will be back often. It’s not only the so called boomers who are interested in ways to both look and feel younger than there current age. The subject has stimulated younger generations as well and rightfully so since the earlier we can put in place some of the fitness habits, the easier it will be to slow the aging process.

Science has certainly proven that the aging process can be somewhat delayed or in some areas even reversed. A few people have taken the route of surgery or injections to halt the aging process but they are expensive and have serious risks involved.

These anti-aging methods can be taken care of in many cases using totally natural methods. These methods are for the most part painless, easy to implement and cost very little. That’s all well and good, but you still have to find just how to put the methods into practice. That is why one of my goals here at Anti Aging Blast is to consolidate as much information under one roof… so to speak… so that you can come here knowing you can find fresh information on almost a daily basis.

This is where the rubber meets the road. If you don’t put some of the suggestions you have found on this site to use, nothing will happen. Not a thing happens by chance You have to implement and take some action.

I do hope you have gotten some useful value from the videos you have watched. This was one reason I pulled all these videos together on this site. I wanted to present worthwhile, action-oriented practical information that would allow you to reduce, prevent, or even set back some of the aging signs that make you frustrated.

I would really feel honored if I knew that you were able to grab a grain of know how from this or another video here on Anti Aging Blast and were able to make it work for you as an anti-aging help. If you think that you got some value from this video we would be very happy if you would share it with friends on Facebook and if you have a Twitter account, there to if you want.

We would be very glad to have you come back and see us as often as you like. We put additional videos daily on the site so come back for fresh info. There is one more favor I would like to ask you before you go. We would love to know what your experience was here at our website. We are very interested to know what your impression is of our site and whether you received some value from your visit. Please leave a short comment to tell us how you did.
